The course consists of 4 individual surfing sessions to learn the initial basic concepts.

We choose the optimal days to be able to give you a good start !

Beginners course

  • detailed technique of the paddling
  • sit and stand on the board
  • turn the table sitting down
  • paddling in the bends
  • «emergency brake», before the «drop
  • fall safely
  • sprint paddling to get into the wave
  • stand and surf in a straight line in the foam
  • controlled turns in the foam
  • complete sessions to evaluate the conditions of the sea
