Annual surfing course

Make your reservation
Adult groups:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 12 pm.
Children’s groups:
Saturdays and Sundays from 12h to 14h.
Beginner-intermediate level.
Saturdays or Sundays from October to May.
At Maresme Waves we will put you in the right place, we will teach you and give you the best techniques so that you can enjoy your wave sessions and of course your surfing.
The annual surfing course consists of a quarterly dossier with the following parts:
-Surf
-Theory about the wide range that is surf
-Surfskate
-Functional Training, Jiu Jitsu, MMA
-Shows at different spots (in search of the best wave)
-Video corrections
-Sports and nutritional advice
Depending on the condition of the sea we go in search of the wave in better condition. We are always in the neighbourhood, such as Montgat, Ocata, Vilassar de Mar, Mataro.
Sometimes there are day trips to Castelldefels or Vilanova i la Geltrú.
This course will introduce you to surfing and if you are already a surfer you will see how your level and style increase.
Important! We are open every day so you can train all week long those practical aspects that have been worked on during the weekend in your session.
At the end of the annual surfing course we will send you all the graphic material that has been made of each student.
